I think we can do this by

for each family represented making a Family declaration page with the Album name in its title, and with a redirect to the album in question

on it make a list of names in the album (this will then make the album appear on those people's pages)

PS Could perhaps create a dynamic resource index, but need to think how best to assemble the cross references.
