I have been deeply sorry to hear of Sue's death. Even though I realised how very seriously ill she was, I kept hoping that all the various medical interventions might still work. Sue was a lovely, beautiful person and immensely gifted. She had great vision and immense artistic awareness and sensitivity. She had such liveliness and a real gift for friendship. I feel for your loss very deeply and realise how shattering it must be. I am truly sorry that she and I can never meet again.
