Harold was born in Sydney on the 12th June 1879 at "Shannokee House"268 Bourke Street, Sydney. He was a store keeper and towards the endof his life operated a store at Hazelbrrok in the Blue Mountains, in1927 the contents of the store etc was put up for auction. At the timeof his death he lived at 69 New South Head Road, Vaucluse Sydney.
