Evelyn Grossman writes: “My name in Evelyn Joseph Grossman.  My mother, Elisabeth Charlotte Lena Jacoby, was saved during the Holocaust by Hannah Sotscheck, the wife of Alfred Cassirer and mother of Eva Cassirer. I am trying to find out more information about Hannah Sotscheck.  My mother, who is still alive and well, went to school with Eva at th Bismark Lyceum.  Mrs. Sotscheck knew my mom was Jewish, yet she let her stay in her home during the war.  ”632
