PBC says married Annie McArdle and they had six children,
Albert, Samuel, George, Ralph, Jack and Roy.

He is found in two of the census that relate to his father. Firstly in 1861 when he was shown as being six years old and born in New South Wales. Secondly ten years later when he was shown as being 17. The third time he is found in the 1881census living with Elliott Levy and shown as his brother when in fact he was his brother in law.

Either he died unmarried and before his father and was therefore not mentioned in his will, or perhaps there had been some sort of disagreement that disrupted their relationship.
