I’m so sorry I shan’t be able to get to Melbourne on Friday for the celebration of Sue’s wonderful life. It will be an incredibly special farewell for this hugely accomplished, remarkable woman, whom I first met in Wollongong, long ago.  How carefree those years in retrospect.

I hope a sense of comfort and peace for you and the family  will come from the gathering of peoplewho cared for, loved, respected your beloved partner of 47 years.  My thoughts will be there.
