Mentioned in Julia Levy's will a legacy of 100 pounds. Dr Anthony Joseph advises that he married Deborah Harris, daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth Harris (Levey). His daughter, Amy also mentioned in Julia's will.

Rookwood records show aged 78 so born about 1844. He shares the same plot as his wife Deborah, the only inscription is wife of above.

The transcription of the record of his death list him as Montague Maurice Marks, Merchant aged 78, cause chronic myocarditis. Place of death was the 'Clarmore Private Hospital, late of Bayswater Rd.' Mother's maiden name Rosa Levy. He had been in NSW for 61 years. Children of the marriage listed were, Samuel H 49, Amy 48, Leopold W 46, Ella 44, Herbert 43, Harold 40, Beatrice 38, all living at the time. One male was deceased.

There is an entry in Rookwood Monumental Inscriptions for Leopold Woolfred died 10 Oct 1927 - no age known yet. I presume and Diana Wright records that he is the son of Woolfred. See from page 52.

NSW BDM show a death in 1891 of Montague M, son of Montague and Deborah.
